Terms of Use

Effective October 23, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Commonbase LLC (“Commonbase”) about your use of the website at https://commonbase.io. By using the website, you agree to them.

They do not govern MyCrew. MyCrew has its own terms at https://mycrew.commonbase.io/terms.

2. Using the website

The website describes Commonbase’s services and lets you request a consultation. You may use it for that purpose. You agree not to:

  • use the website in violation of law
  • attempt to disrupt the website, or gain access to it that Commonbase has not given you
  • send a consultation request that misrepresents who you are, or that includes information you have no right to send

Sending the form asks Commonbase to be in touch. It does not by itself create a contract for services. Work we do for you is agreed separately. How we handle what you submit is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual property

The website, including its text, design, and the Commonbase name and marks, belongs to Commonbase LLC or its licensors. You may view the website and link to it. You may not copy it, or use the marks for your own product or marketing, except where the law allows.

4. Third-party links

The website links to other sites, including Commonbase on LinkedIn and MyCrew at https://mycrew.commonbase.io. Those sites are not part of this website. MyCrew is governed by its own terms at https://mycrew.commonbase.io/terms. Commonbase is not responsible for the content or practices of a third-party site.

5. No warranty

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Commonbase disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Material on the website is general information. It is not legal, financial, or other professional advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Commonbase is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the website.

Commonbase’s total liability arising out of the website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars. These terms do not limit liability that cannot be limited under the law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these terms, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

8. Changes

Commonbase may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The effective date shows the version in effect. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.

9. General

If a court holds a provision unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Commonbase about use of this website. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.

10. Contact
