Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective October 23, 2026
1. Scope
This policy describes how Commonbase LLC(“Commonbase”) handles personal information collected on the website at https://commonbase.io. It applies to this website only.
MyCrew, the field-ticketing product at https://mycrew.commonbase.io, is a separate service. Its privacy policy is at https://mycrew.commonbase.io/privacy.
2. Consultation requests
The website has one form, used to request a consultation. It collects:
- your name
- your work email address
- your company, if you provide one
- which solution you are interested in: Digital Marketing, Custom Solutions, or not sure yet
- your message, if you provide one
The form also includes a hidden field meant to catch automated submissions. If that field is filled in, the submission is discarded and is not emailed.
Commonbase sends the details you submit by email through Resend, to Commonbase, so we can reply. We use them to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about the consultation you requested. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising.
3. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising, or other tracking tools.
To limit repeated submissions, the server reads the IP address of a form request and keeps the time of recent attempts in memory for 10 minutes. Those times are not included in the email, are not stored in a database, and are dropped when the server process restarts.
4. Hosting
The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States.
5. How long we keep consultation emails
We keep consultation emails for as long as needed to respond and for our business records. The website itself does not store form submissions in a database.
6. Contact
Commonbase LLC. Questions about this policy, or about information you sent through the form, can be emailed to jake@commonbase.io.
See also the Terms of Use.
7. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page. The effective date above is the version in effect.
